GCG Advises on the sale of Venshure Test Services to AB Dynamics

Greenwich Capital Group (“GCG”) is pleased to announce its role as the exclusive financial advisor to Venshure Test Services (“VTS” or the “Company”) on its sale to AB Dynamics plc (“AB Dynamics”). This transaction adds to GCG’s extensive experience in the automotive technology sector.

About the Transaction

Founded in 2019, VTS is a provider of vehicle testing services for hybrid and fully electric vehicles (“EV”), internal combustion engine (“ICE”) vehicles, and advanced powertrains to support product durability, performance, and regulatory compliance. The Company was founded to capitalize on the surge in vehicle testing resulting from the introduction and optimization of green propulsion technologies in tandem with ICE solutions. The facility was purchased and developed over the past several years to provide unique and valuable services, including thermal and dynamometer-based testing.
