Peter Frankfort - Greenwich Capital Group

Peter Frankfort is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Greenwich Capital Group, with more than 25 years of investment banking experience. He advises clients on complex strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, divestitures, joint ventures, and recapitalizations.

Peter leads GCG’s Aerospace and Defense practice, advising companies of all sizes across nearly every segment of this interconnected industry, from commercial and military aircraft to defense vehicles, ships and missiles to satellite communications and space launch systems. His clients range from those developing and maintaining intellectual property in the form of part design, specialty materials, advanced technologies, software, and solutions to contract manufacturers focused on composites, electronics or metals (e.g., casting, forging, specialty metal forming, precision machining) to operators and service providers such as business jet charter and fractional ownership programs and aircraft/component MRO.

He also co-leads the firm’s Industrials and Manufacturing practice, with a focus on subsectors and companies which are characterized by highly engineered products and systems, specialty materials, advanced technologies, mission-critical applications, stringent quality requirements, and high precision manufacturing.

Prior to co-founding GCG, Peter was a leader of the Aerospace and Defense and Industrials practices at Deloitte Corporate Finance where he worked in the firm’s Detroit, New York, and Los Angeles offices.
