Peter Frankfort is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Greenwich Capital Group, with more than 25 years of investment banking experience. He has advised clients on complex strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, divestitures, joint ventures, and recapitalizations.
Peter leads GCG’s Aerospace and Defense practice, advising companies of all sizes across nearly every segment of this interconnected industry, from commercial and military aircraft to defense vehicles and missiles to satellite communications and space launch systems. He also co-leads the firm’s Industrials and Manufacturing practice, with a specific focus on sectors characterized by highly engineered products and systems, specialty materials, advanced technologies, mission-critical applications, stringent quality requirements, and high precision manufacturing. These sectors include medical equipment, satellite communications, semiconductors, electronics, robotics and automation, among others.
Peter joined GCG after 15 years at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he served as a leader of the Aerospace and Defense and Industrials practices and worked across the the firm’s Detroit, New York, and Los Angeles offices.
