Greenwich Capital Group Advises Honda Aircraft Company on Its Acquisition of Angeles Composite Technologies, Inc.

GCG served as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Honda Aircraft Company on its acquisition of Angeles Composite Technologies, Inc (ACTI), a key manufacturer of composite aerospace components and critical supplier to Honda.

The transaction established a new, wholly-owned subsidiary named Port Angeles Composite LLC (PAC).
