Greenwich Capital Group Advises International Motors on the divestiture of its Springfield, Ohio assembly plant

Greenwich Capital Group (“GCG”) is pleased to announce its role as the exclusive financial advisor to International Motors LLC (“International”) on the divestiture of its Springfield, Ohio assembly plant and related assets to Roshel Inc. (“Roshel”). This transaction adds to GCG’s extensive experience advising on corporate carve-outs and on complex transactions across the automotive and transportation equipment sectors.

About the Transaction

International’s Springfield Assembly Plant has been a cornerstone of American commercial vehicle manufacturing for decades. International sought a strategic partner with both the operational capability and the long-term commitment to carry the facility into its next phase, while protecting the community relationships and local footprint that have defined Springfield for generations.

The transaction required navigating the multi-stakeholder complexity inherent in divesting an active OEM manufacturing footprint, including coordinated asset transfer, state and local approvals, and the identification of a credible long-term operator.
