Key findings include the following:
- In Q2 2023, there were 84 announced AdTech and Marketing Services transactions, down from 86 in Q1 2023 and down from 93 in the prior year’s Q2
- AdTech businesses traded at an average LTM EBITDA multiple of 23.9x in Q2 2023, down from the prior quarter’s average of 34.3x
- Digital marketing services businesses traded at an average LTM EBITDA multiple of 9.6x in Q2 2023, down from the prior quarter’s average of 12.8x
