Greenwich Capital Group is Honored to Be Recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the Best Workplaces in the U.S. for 2021

Greenwich Capital Group (“GCG”) is pleased to announce it has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021. GCG will be one of the companies highlighted in the May/June 2021 issue, as part of a prominent feature. The criteria is based on a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of American companies that have created exceptional workplaces and company culture.

Collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. singled out 429 honorees this year. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.

“From day one at Greenwich Capital Group, we have invested a considerable amount of time and energy in establishing a culture that focuses on the professional needs and work-life requirements of each person,” says Greenwich Capital Group CEO Bob Coury. “The past year has taught us that there is not a one size fits all answer to how we manage. We continue to learn, we continue to challenge our team to be even better, and we continue to focus on individual and firm growth. We are truly honored to be recognized by Inc. Magazine and it will put even more pressure on us to continue to improve and enhance our firm’s culture. As the workplace changes, we need to be creative in how we are changing”.

“The definition of a positive workplace has changed drastically over the past year,” says Inc. magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Stocked fridges and nap pods were no longer perks many companies could rely on once work went remote. So, this year’s list is even more important as it reveals organizations that continue to enrich the lives of its employees amid a pandemic.”
