Accomplished Senior Investment Banker Frank McGrew Joins Greenwich Capital Group to Spearhead Growth and Serve Global Clients from Newly Expanded Nashville, TN Office

Nashville, TN – December 9, 2025 – Greenwich Capital Group LLC (“GCG”), a leading independent investment bank and advisory firm that advises clients including closely-held and family-owned businesses, private equity firms, and public companies, today announced that Frank A. McGrew IV has joined as a Managing Director, Co-Head of the Nashville Office, and Co-Head of the Industrials practice at GCG while working closely with his partners to further capitalize on the growing, underserved middle-market landscape.  Consistent with the GCG’s philosophy of having multiple partners co-lead engagements, he will harness his deep relationships with private equity capital and family offices while supporting and playing a senior leadership role across overall firm M&A and client assignments.  Mr. McGrew’s over 35 years of professional experience, extensive global transaction experience, and deep client and referral network will be invaluable as GCG continues its strategic expansion.  McGrew joins the firm from J.P. Morgan and will remain in Nashville, TN.

Simultaneously with Mr. McGrew joining, GCG is also excited to announce the relocation of its Nashville Office to the Ashwood Building in the 12^th South neighborhood to accommodate the firm’s growth and expand its regional footprint with additional junior and senior bankers.  GCG’s new Nashville office address is: 2212 12^th Ave. S., Suite 240, Nashville, TN. 37204.

In his new role, Mr. McGrew will be responsible for expanding the firm’s reach in the industrials sector, leading broad client engagement for mid-cap, large-cap and family-owned M&A transactions, and building out a newly identified niche within “Industrial Growth, Automation, Supply Chain and Infrastructure Business Sectors.”  He will also help deepen overall coverage in Nashville for healthcare companies and more broadly throughout the Southeast and Southwestern US.
