GCG Advises on the sale of Eos Business Surveillance Solutions to Security 101

Greenwich Capital Group (“GCG”) is pleased to announce its role as the exclusive financial advisor to Eos Business Surveillance Solutions (“Eos” or the “Company”) on its sale to Security 101, a portfolio Company of Gemspring Capital. This transaction adds to GCG’s extensive experience within the business services and security services sectors.

About the Transaction

Founded in 2005 by Francis Ralabate, Eos has evolved from its roots in Flint, Michigan, into a nationally recognized security integrator. The Company has built a strong customer base by offering top-tier solutions in video surveillance, access control, data and fiber systems, and solar-powered surveillance trailers. By integrating Eos into Security 101’s platform, the Company will gain access to additional resources dedicated to key growth initiatives, allowing it to enhance Security 101’s service offerings and strengthen its market presence. Eos’ employees, including its leadership team, will join Security 101’s existing teams to collaboratively deliver a comprehensive and exceptional suite of security solutions.
