Greenwich Capital Group Welcomes Summer 2023 Interns

Greenwich Capital Group (“GCG”) is excited to showcase our 2023 summer interns. GCG has expanded upon last year’s intern class and welcomed eight interns for the summer of 2023, reflecting our commitment to growth and providing opportunities for college students. Our internship program not only offers valuable hands-on experience but also fosters growth and learning. Through our program, these students will have the chance to work closely with key team members, spanning from analysts and associates to leaders within the firm. This unique opportunity allows interns to gain exposure to diverse perspectives and learn from seasoned professionals. We are excited to introduce the individuals who comprise this summer’s Internship Program below:

 

Nic is a rising senior studying finance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Previously, Nic interned with Wintrust Financial and has since decided to transition to a career in investment banking. Nic is an avid music lover, traveler, volunteer, and a member of the Economics Club at UIUC.

 

Eric is a rising Junior at the University of Southern California studying Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and minoring in Mathematics & Applied Analytics. On campus, he’s actively involved in Trojan Investing Society, an investment banking bootcamp for select high-performing students, and RISE Consulting, where he provides consulting services for start-up companies in the Greater LA area.

 

Iman is a rising junior at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, majoring in Finance and minoring in Real Estate Development. Prior to Greenwich Capital Group, Iman worked as a Retail Banking Intern at Flagstar Bank, an Educator at Lululemon, and a Summer Intern at Kilimanjaro Advisors. On campus, Iman is the Healthcare Sector Head for Michigan Investment Group and a part of Cadence Dance Company.

 

Julia is a rising junior at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with a concentration in finance. Previously, Julia worked as a summer analyst for Deroy and Devereaux, a value investment firm based in Southfield, Michigan. Outside of school, Julia is a member of the University of Michigan’s Women’s Club Lacrosse team.

 

Isabel is a rising senior at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, where she is studying Finance with a double minor in English and French. Prior to Greenwich, Isabel interned at Kian Capital in the private equity realm. Isabel is on both the Varsity Women’s Soccer Team and the Varsity Women’s Track and Field Team at Rhodes College as well as a member of ROI, First Book, and the Chi Omega Fraternity.

 

Surush is a rising junior at Michigan State University studying Finance and Real Estate. Surush is a scholar of the Financial Markets Institute, a program at MSU for students pursuing careers in investment banking and private equity. Surush spent his sophomore year as a Finance Intern at MSU Treasury Department, working in Debt Capital Markets. On campus, he is involved with the Student Investment Association (SIA) and the Alternative Investments Group (AIG).

 

Bryton is a rising Senior at the University of Southern California, studying communications. Bryton has previously held roles in social media and influencer marketing for various companies, developing content calendars and promoting brands to targeted demographics. She has also been an inside sales representative and executed experiential marketing campaigns for beverage companies.

 

Evan is a rising Junior at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business studying Finance. Evan is involved in Banking at Michigan, a club at the University of Michigan that aims to provide education and guidance to students interested in Investment Banking. Outside of school and work, Evan is an avid golfer.
