  • In Q4 2022, there were 55 announced E-Commerce transactions, down from 61 in Q3 and down from 114 in the prior year’s Q4. Despite the lower volume of deals, average deal value increased to $365 million, up from $108 million in Q3.
  • The global E-commerce market size was valued at ~$14,300 billion in 2021 and is expected to reach ~$58,740 billion by 2028, growing at a CAGR of 26.5%.
