He brings more than 12 years of experience advising publicly-traded, private equity-backed and founder-owned businesses on sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raising, recapitalizations and board-level strategic counsel.

Billy has executed 50+ advisory transactions spanning the full technology value chain, including vertical & horizontal enterprise software, banking technology, capital markets technology, insurance technology, regulatory technology, payments technology, marketing technology, AI-powered vertical solutions, data & information services and tech-enabled services.

Prior to joining Greenwich Capital Group, Billy was a Vice President in the Technology & Services Investment Banking Group at Raymond James. Earlier, he spent his associate years at Marlin & Associates (acquired by DA Davidson) and began his career as an analyst at Stout.
