Andrew Dickow is a Managing Director at Greenwich Capital Group with over 18 years of experience in both mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business operations. Andrew leads the Food and Beverage (F&B) and Consumer/Retail practice for GCG and has significant experience working with consumer-packaged goods, distribution, contract manufacturing, and ingredient companies, amongst others. Andrew focuses on M&A on both the sell-side and buy-side and has advised numerous clients through recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, business valuations, and financial analyses. In addition to F&B and consumer goods, Andrew has experience working with technology, healthcare, and business services companies.
Most recently, Andrew worked for a middle-market investment bank advising privately held businesses. Prior to that, he held various financial management roles at General Mills, Inc., where he focused on M&A, financial forecasting, planning and analysis, marketing, and supply chain management. Andrew has served as a financial controller and spent several years working with international entities across Latin America and South Africa while at General Mills.
