Alex Mellerowicz is an Associate at Greenwich Capital Group (GCG), where he is responsible for supporting the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and financial advisory services. Since starting with GCG in March 2022, Alex has supported engagements across a variety of industries, including Consumer Goods & Services, Food & Beverage, Industrials & Manufacturing, and eCommerce. Prior to joining GCG, he was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Transfer Pricing group. During his time at PwC, Alex assisted clients with impact and benefit modeling related to business acquisitions and intercompany transactions, mergers and acquisitions tax due diligence, and debt capacity and interest rate analyses.
