Alex Mellerowicz is a Vice President at Greenwich Capital Group, where he advises privately held businesses, private equity firms, and strategic acquirers on mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and other strategic financial advisory engagements. Alex specializes in the automotive and automotive aftermarket sectors and leads the firm’s Automotive OEM & Aftermarket initiative within Greenwich Capital Group’s broader Automotive & Mobility practice.

Alex works closely with founders, family-owned businesses, suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, service providers, and technology companies across the automotive value chain, helping clients evaluate strategic alternatives, execute ownership transitions, and maximize shareholder value. In addition to automotive, he has advised clients across a broad range of industries, including Industrials & Manufacturing, Consumer Products & Services, Food & Beverage, Business Services, and eCommerce.

Prior to joining Greenwich Capital Group, Alex was a Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) Transfer Pricing practice, where he advised multinational companies on business acquisitions, intercompany transactions, tax diligence, financial modeling, and debt capacity analyses.
