Greenwich Capital Group (“GCG”) is pleased to announce its role as the exclusive financial advisor to Montage Furniture Services (“Montage”) on its sale to One80 Intermediaries (“One80”). This transaction adds to GCG’s experience in the insurance services sector.

About the Transaction

GCG acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Montage in assisting with the marketing, structuring and execution of a sale. Included in the transaction are Montage Furniture Services and Montage Jewelry Care, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Protection plans include traditional pooled risk, and captive/reinsurance protection programs.
