Greenwich Capital Group LLC (“GCG”) is pleased to announce the addition of Jeremy Somers as a Director in its investment banking business. Jeremy joins the firm’s Detroit office where he will focus on sell-side and buy-side Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) for private business owners as well as public companies and private equity firms. Additionally, Jeremy will execute capital advisory engagements including majority/minority equity capital raise and debt refinancing transactions. Jeremy’s addition to GCG will support the firm’s rapid growth as it continues to build its presence nationally.

Jeremy joins GCG with over 17 years of investment banking experience and has worked extensively with clients in the business services, consumer products, energy, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Jeremy brings world-class credentials to the GCG platform, having worked at several leading global investment banks. His experience includes Wells Fargo Securities, UBS Investment Bank, Deloitte Corporate Finance, and SG Cowen Securities.
Jeremy received his BS from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
