GCG Advises on the Sale of Master Wireless Holdings to Alliance Mobile

Greenwich Capital Group (“GCG”) is pleased to announce its role as the exclusive financial advisor to Master Wireless Holdings, LLC (“Master Wireless” or the “Company”) on its sale of 33 stores in Michigan and Wisconsin to Alliance Mobile Inc. (“Alliance”), a portfolio company of Centre Partners Management (“Centre”). This transaction adds to GCG’s extensive experience in the consumer products and services sector.

About the Transaction

Since its founding in 2012, Master Wireless has provided products and solutions to connect customers with AT&T’s latest technologies for personal or business communication and entertainment. Master Wireless has grown to 42 stores nationwide, with 33 in Michigan and Wisconsin. Master Wireless specializes in serving traditionally underserved regions as one of the largest AT&T authorized retail dealers in the Midwest.
