These moves further add to GCG’s industry depth and national coverage. GCG’s bankers have extensive experience advising middle-market business owners in M&A including sell-side, buy-side, capital advisory, ESOP advisory and other transactional and valuation needs. Christopher Lewis, Managing Director
Christopher Lewis joins Greenwich Capital Group as a Managing Director. In this role, Chris will lead GCG’s growth in Nashville and in the southeast United States. Chris graduated from Vanderbilt University with a MBA and JD. Upon graduation, Chris spent over 8 years on Wall Street working for some of the top global investment banks. During his time in New York, Chris specialized in advising business owners and senior executives on the most important strategic and financial decisions facing their companies. Specifically, Chris is responsible for advising and executing Mergers & Acquisitions and strategic partnerships, as well as advising on capital structure initiatives such as recapitalizations and debt raises.
Chris’s most recent experience was at ABN AMRO focused on coverage in the industrials sector. He began his career at GE Capital focused on leveraged finance, assisting Financial Sponsors in the acquisition of middle market companies. Although Chris has been based out of New York for over eight years, he was focused on continuing his career in his hometown of Nashville, TN.
