Bob Coury is a Managing Director & CEO of Greenwich Capital Group focused on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), financial analytics, business strategy and capital advisory. Bob leverages 30 years of capital markets experience at several large global financial services firms to provide advisory services for private companies, divisions of public companies and private equity firms.

Bob has expertise across a wide range of industries including manufacturing (e.g., automotive, aerospace and defense, business equipment and general industrial), consumer products, business services, technology, as well as medical and dental equipment. Prior to GCG, Bob was the National Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF) where he led the investment banking and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) practices. Additionally, Bob was instrumental in establishing and growing DCF through recruitment and training, business operations oversight and new business generation.

Prior to DCF, Bob worked at Coopers & Lybrand where he focused on business valuation, strategic valuation and M&A advisory. Bob was a key member of a specialized team that provided strategic valuations for businesses, evaluating profitability by product line, customer and facility. Prior to Coopers & Lybrand, Bob was a bond trader at Comerica Bank where he managed approximately $1 billion in fixed assets and specialized in mortgage-backed securities and U.S. Treasury securities.

Bob is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute. He received his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and his BA in Economics from the University of Michigan. Ellen Clark is a Managing Director of Greenwich Capital Group focused on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising and financial advisory. Ellen has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, having advised numerous public and private companies in various industries including automotive, industrial, specialty chemical, software and marketing services.

Ellen was previously a Managing Director of Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC where she led the U.S. Automotive group and was the lead Managing Director of the Detroit office. Ellen has a tremendous amount of experience in corporate carve-outs and divestitures, cross border transactions and executing deals with global investors. In total, Ellen has completed more than 90 transactions during her investment banking career.

Prior to Deloitte, Ellen spent seven years as a Senior Vice President for McDonald Investments where she focused on M&A and capital raising. Ellen started her career at Comerica Bank where she spent three years in its Commercial Lending Department.

Ellen received her BA in Economics and Management from Albion College and holds the Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.

Peter leverages a depth of experience in the aerospace and defense industry while also benefitting from having worked with a broad spectrum of manufacturing, service and distribution related businesses across industrial and consumer end markets. Peter joined GCG from Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he served as a leader of the group’s aerospace and defense industry practice. In addition to domestic transactions, Peter gained considerable global M&A experience working with parties throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Peter received his BBA, with Distinction, from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.

Brian has completed hundreds of engagements for a diverse client base in multiple industries, including aerospace, automotive, brokerage and insurance, building and construction materials, chemicals, engineering/construction, financial services, food products, healthcare, industrial services, marketing, medical devices, real estate and wholesale distribution.

Brian has been published in numerous publications, presented continuing education seminars and guest lectured a graduate course on various business valuation topics. He received his BA in Finance, with high honor, from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
